Kindle & Root art therapy sessions are gentle, creative explorations rooted in the belief that making art helps us reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. Through hands‑on, sensory‑rich processes, we slow down, listen inward, and let creativity become a pathway to grounding, clarity, and emotional expression. These sessions aren’t about perfect art. They’re about presence, curiosity, and the quiet healing that happens when we create with intention.
